Helping the NHS to beat hospital bugs
Smart Solutions is an NHS programme to find new ways to help combat healthcare associated infections (HCAIs). We have been inviting businesses from all industry sectors to put forward suitable products and technologies to be assessed by our team of experts, with a view to evaluating them in a healthcare setting and potentially supplying them across the NHS. The Smart Solutions project is currently closed to new entries, however you can follow the progress of existing projects on this website.
Smart Solutions is run by TrusTECH®, the North West Innovation Hub, which continues to work with companies with HCAI solutions on a fee-paying basis to deliver innovation and patient care. Find out more about our work here.
